This Monocultivar Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained by pressing only olives of the “Moraiolo” variety grown according to the principles of organic farming and harvested at the time of maximum aromatic concentration. Through “cold” processing we produce this extra virgin with a medium-strong fruitiness that goes perfectly with bruschetta, legume soups, red meats.
