San Felice is a monocultivar obtained by pressing only olives of the San Felice variety grown according to the principles of ‘organic farming and harvested at the time of maximum aromatic concentration. We produce this extra virgin through “cold” processing, with a medium-light fruitiness that goes perfectly with white meats, fish, fresh cheeses and salads.
